By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the jlmate Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

To access the full features of the jlmate Platform, you must register a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You agree to update your account information promptly if it changes.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the jlmate Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlmate login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You agree to notify jlmate immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. jlmate will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
jlmate may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
jlmate accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your jlmate account instantly or within the same business day, depending on the payment method used. jlmate does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

All content on the jlmate Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of jlmate or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jlmate Platform without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jlmate and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
jlmate's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlmate account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jlmate's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
jlmate collects, uses, and protects your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the jlmate Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to read the Privacy Policy carefully.
jlmate reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. Upon termination, any outstanding balance in your account (net of any bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
You may close your jlmate account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jlmate Platform shall first be referred to jlmate's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
jlmate reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to your registered mobile number or email address. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
